Beet Hummus Recipe Extra Virgin Olive Oil

500g Chickpeas, cooked
3 Beets, cooked
30g Sesame seed paste (sesame seeds puréed with oil) or tahini
Bertolli EVOO
Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the beets, add salt and Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil to them
Purée all the ingredients together until you have a uniform paste.

Step 2

Bake them for 10 minutes at 190ºC.
