Chocolate & Pumpkin Cake made in Olive Oil

For the cake:
125g Flour
125g Bertolli EVOO
10g Cocoa powder
5g Salt
125g Sugar
150g Pumpkin
2g Baking powder
2 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the egg with the sugar thoroughly and beat until bubbles form. Slowly add in the Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, while continuing to stir the mixture.

Step 2

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well, using a whisk.

Step 3

Pour into a cake mold lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180º C.

Step 4

Let cool and remove the cake from the mold.
