– Olive oil
– 1 slice of bread
– 1 piece of feta cheese
– 1 egg
– ¼ avocado
– ½ lime
– Salt
– Seeds and spices to taste
Step 1
Heat a pan with some olive oil. Toast the bread on both sides and set aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, crumble the feta cheese with your hands into a circle shape. Crack the egg into the center and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg sets and the cheese becomes crispy.
Step 3
Spread the avocado on the toast, mashing it with a fork, and squeeze a few drops of lime juice over it.
Step 4
Place the egg and feta on top of the toast. Season with salt, seeds, and spices to taste.
