Shrimp pasta

10' Easy 12345

• 500 g of spaghetti
• 250 g of shrimp
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 chili peppers
• 100 ml of olive oil
• Parsley
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Peel and cut the garlic into slices and fry in a pan with the oil and the chili. Add the peeled shrimp. Stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Step 3

Mix with the pasta, add a little pasta cooking water, and adjust with salt if necessary.

Step 4

In versions with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add a drizzle of oil on top.

Step 5

Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.
